Our Covid Procedure for Job Sites

 

JOB SITE PRECAUTIONS

All workers or visitors are required to report to the site office to be covid-19 orientated before entering the site where available All workers and visitors are required to wash hands before entering or exiting the site, before meals, after using washrooms and on a regular basis throughout the day

 

Maintain a minimum 6 foot social distance between yourself and other workers. if not possible, wear appropriate protective equipment Avoid touching your face, eyes, ears, nose or mouth Do not share food or drinks with others. Avoid sharing tools with others. If you do so, clean tools regularly

 

If you are experiencing symptoms such as mild fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, contact the superintendent via phone or text, go home and call 811 for further guidance.

If feeling cold or flu like symptom, whether or not illness has been confirmed covid-19 If you have travelled recently outside of Canada and have not completed a 14 day self-isolation period If you have been in contact with a confirmed case of covid-19 and have not completed a 14 day self-isolation period

 

Our Covid Procedure for Our Office

 

DO NOT ENTER THE OFFICE:
If feeling cold or flu like symptom, whether or not illness has been confirmed covid-19 If you have travelled recently outside of Canada and have not completed a 14 day self-isolation period If you have been in contact with a confirmed case of covid-19 and have not completed a 14 day self-isolation period

ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS:
When possible, cancel in-person meetings and hold meetings by teleconference, video conference, or email instead. Arranged workstations at least 2 meters apart. Hand sanitizing station at reception for all who enter and leave Minimize sharing office space or workstations Posting of signage indicating that employees, contractors, or visitors exhibiting COVID-like symptoms are not allowed to enter the office building.
